The Empty Stocking Gala provides Christmas gifts for all of the children in foster care under DHR custody in Calhoun and Cleburne counties.
In addition, we provide gifts to indigent patients residing in area nursing homes. We have also given generously to other children's charities.

Exciting Plans are underwayfor the fall season’s most anticipated fundraising event, the 35th Annual Empty Stocking Gala. Thanks to people like you, we again will provide Christmas to each & every foster child in Calhoun Cleburne County under DHR custody (approximately 400 children). We are asking for your support of the 2024 Empty Stocking Gala, which is planned for Friday, November 1, 2024. It is only through your support that we are able to meet this need in our community.
All levels of Extraordinary Stocking Stuffers receive charitable tax deductions at fair market value and recognition on event signage at the Empty Stocking Gala.
